MAPLEX MD

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

Maplex MD is a 100% bio-based pressboard manufactured from non-bleached softwood cellulose and water. This strong medium density pressboard is a new category of zero VOC materials which is created with the circular economy in mind. MAPLEX MDC

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

Maplex MDC is a medium-density highly formable 100% biobased pressboard which is produced with unbleached softwood cellulose and cotton fibers. Proprietary fiber blend, board machine settings and controlled hot press drying allow monitoring fiber alignment during sheet formation process and result in strong yet flexible and formable material.

MAPLEX MDCC

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

Maplex MDCC (medium density cotton calendered) is a medium-density flexible yet strong 100% biobased pressboard which is produced with unbleached softwood cellulose and cotton fibers. Calendering process, when applied, densifies the sheet and slightly smoothes its surface. Calendering is performed in parallel to the sheet’s machine direction. Proprietary fiber blend, board machine settings and controlled hot press drying allows monitoring fiber alignment during sheet formation process and results in strong yet flexible and formable material.

MAPLEX C

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

Maplex C is a highly formable, medium-density board with moderate dimensional stability. It is ideal for making contoured shapes. This product has a softer appearance than other Maplex grades. Made of 100 % cellulose fibers and water.

MAPLEX PC

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

Maplex PC is  high density 100% cellulose based grade used in productions of disposable clicker pads. This grade is the ideal cutting surface solution for clicker presses, swing arm clickers or the cutting presses because they allow the cutters to cut with confidence.

The building concept for the Pojatno site, including the layout for Production and Logistics, has been completed

During February and March 2024, the building concept was developed together with production and logistics experts. On March 18th the steering committee decides for building version of total 7200m2 surface. The planning contains production, warehouse and offices.
